• Available equipment (if any)

Please note that this information does not need to be contained in your appointment request and but will be necessary during the consultation. Having an idea of what dishes you would like served will save time during the consultation process. For catering and private chef services, the ability to serve certain dishes is subject to equipment available at the site of your event (we can only bring what will fit in a truck). For meal plans, reheating and assembling dishes requires basic kitchen equipment and does not include dishes or cutlery.
