Why we don't have a menu

One of the reasons we love cooking is the ability to be creative. We love to try new things and we aren't afraid of being challenged. Not being confined to a set menu allows us to create unique and diverse dishes to suit anyone's taste preferences. If we can get the ingredients in and have the proper equipment, we are able to make any dish at a high level. 

So what can I get?

You can get anything! Our goal is to make your catering experience memorable. We are proud to make anything that will make your belly happy. Not sure what you want? We can help! Our chefs can work with any preferences, ideas or inspirations you have. If you want to leave it all to us that's okay too. We can create a delicious and well balanced meals for any and all tastes. 

So what should I get?

Typically, a professional chef will try to make their dishes and meals well balanced with meats, vegetables and starches. For large group catering it is always a good idea to have a variety of dishes that complement each other, but are different enough to avoid redundancy. When choosing appetizers, second courses and desserts, sticking with a certain theme or food region is never a bad idea. However, the truth is there is no right answer. Ultimately you are the only one who can determine what should go into a perfect meal and we are here to put your ideas onto the plate.

Allergies, Intolerances, Dietary Restrictions and Preferences 

We take allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions and preferences very seriously. The best way to ensure we can accommodate for you is knowledge. It is very important that we are made aware of any allergies that you and you guests may have. Food intolerances are taken equally seriously and will always be accounted for. We are able to accommodate any and all dietary restrictions. Some dishes may be impossible to execute while accommodating some dietary restrictions. We appreciate your understanding. Lastly, food preferences are always a factor when choosing what food you would like us to cater. Spice tolerance, dislike of certain ingredients and other modifications must be communicated when choosing menu items. Some dishes have a higher likelihood of common food preferences being present.
